Tomato Flatbread
Is it Pizza or Flatbread; we're calling it both!
Here's what you'll need:
- Flatbread, pita, pizza dough or any dough of your choice
- Spread 'em Kitchen Cilantro Pesto
- Spread 'em Kitchen Classic Greek-Style (kept in a freezer for 15 mins)
- 1 large or 2 medium tomatoes
- pickled onion
- basil
- olive oil
- red chili flakes
- salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425 F
- Spread Cilantro pesto on the flatbread (as much as you like)
- Grate some Classic on top
- Top with tomato slices, chunks of The Classic and pickled onions
- Bake for 15-20 mins
- Sprinkle over torn basil leaves, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and enjoy!
