Shipping Policy

Shipping cold products isn’t easy. We do our very best to button everything up but delays can happen along the way that are out of our control. Although you don't have to worry as much about vegan products (which are generally less of a hazard when thawing occurs) it can still compromise the quality of the product, and we want the best for you! Note that thawing will also occur with frozen items, but can generally be refrozen without issue.

Street address needed, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Tracking

Customers will be notified via email with your tracking number when items are starting to be processed in our warehouse

Receiving

We do our very best to pack the products with care and attention. It is the buyer’s responsibility to be home on the day of delivery to guarantee packaging and product quality. To enjoy the full freshness and flavour of our products we advise refrigerating the products immediately. Note that thawing will occur with frozen items. 

Returns

All sales are final. Spread'em Kitchen is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of an incorrect address. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address, phone number, and email address. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.  

International

We ship to Canada and all 50 U.S. states.
