Oyster Mushroom Toast



You gotta try this simple, creamy, tangy pan-fried oyster mushroom toast

INGREDIENTS for 1 toast:


  1. In a frying pan heat oil over medium heat
  2. Add the mushrooms and fry on low occasionally pressing down and flipping until golden and crispy
  3. Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper
  4. Reapply a bit of oil if needed and fry the bread, cut side down until golden and crispy
  5. Spread a generous dollop of Jalapeno & Lemon on both sides of the bread, top with mushrooms. Close together and take a bite! It'll be savoury, creamy, crunchy and just the right amount of spicy.
