Tomato Flatbread


Is it Pizza or Flatbread; we're calling it both! 

Here's what you'll need:

  • Flatbread, pita, pizza dough or any dough of your choice
  • Spread 'em Kitchen Cilantro Pesto
  • Spread 'em Kitchen Classic Greek-Style (kept in a freezer for 15 mins)
  • 1 large or 2 medium tomatoes
  • pickled onion
  • basil
  • olive oil
  • red chili flakes
  • salt and pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 425 F
  2. Spread Cilantro pesto on the flatbread (as much as you like)
  3. Grate some Classic on top 
  4. Top with tomato slices, chunks of The Classic and pickled onions
  5. Bake for 15-20 mins
  6. Sprinkle over torn basil leaves, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and enjoy!
