You know how sometimes you stay up until 2 am shopping online and then a week later some random (but therapeutic!) stuff arrives at your front door? Our founder Mellisa does this too, but instead of clothes and knick knacks, we generally unbox large kitchen gadgets. And it's thanks to this habit that we present to you our latest tasty creation: Mellisa's Onion Bread.
This raw flatbread is the real deal! Wholesome and delicious, it's been lovingly handmade (we even shed some tears while slicing hundreds of onions!) and dehydrated slow and low in our massive new dehydrator and honestly, it's a grain-free snacking game-changer. How good is it, you ask? Let's just say this is the second batch, because there was nothing left to sell after we were done "tasting" the first one.
The onions and carrots bring a subtle sweetness, you get some nice crunch from the pumpkin and flax seeds and a salty savoury kick from the tamari. It pairs perfectly with Spread'Em Kitchen dips and cheeses, of course, but try it with everything you love to eat.
Ingredients: Onions, Carrots, Pumpkin Seeds, Flax Seeds, Olive Oil, Tamari.
Shipping
Our shipping days are Mondays and Tuesdays. Within Canada we ship to AB, BC, ON, MB, SK, QC. We ship using Purolator and UPS only. We don't ship to PO boxes. Your product will be shipped in an insulated box with ice packs.
Storage
Store in the cupboard or the fridge. Use within 2 weeks.

My order arrived this morning, very well packaged as usual. I was very excited to try Melissa's Onion Bread! Well let me tell you, it did NOT disappoint! I sure am glad I bought 2 packages! I spread a bit of Spread Em Nacho Cheese Cashew Dip on a few slices and was in absolute heaven. I then enjoyed a few more pieces topped with basil pesto, truffle paste, toum, sunflower sprouts, heirloom cherry tomatoes, cucumber, beet & ginger sauerkraut... Soooo good! I'll be taking a bunch of these appies and others to a party this weekend to share with friends. I really hope to be able to order this limited edition product again. Thank you Spread 'Em & Melissa!
Love this onion bread. My only suggestion is to find a better packaging. Mine arrived in a ziplock bag and was a bit broken. Doesn’t affect the flavour, it is amazing!
