Is it Pizza or Flatbread; we're calling it both!

Here's what you'll need:

Flatbread, pita, pizza dough or any dough of your choice
Spread 'em Kitchen Cilantro Pesto

Spread 'em Kitchen Classic smooth and creamy cashew block.

1 large or 2 medium tomatoes
pickled onion
olive oil
red chili flakes
salt and pepper

Instructions: preheat oven to 425 F

1. Spread Cilantro pesto on the flatbread (as much as you like)
2. Grate some Classic on top (make sure it's straight from the fridge. You can pop it in a freezer for 15 mins)
3. Top with tomato slices, chunks of The Classic and pickled onions
4. Bake for 15-20 mins
5. Sprinkle over torn basil leaves, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and enjoy!
